🌒 SHADOW PLAY: A Journey Into the Parts We Hide 🌘

What if your shadow isn’t something to be feared… but something to be played with? Most people have never met their shadow, but it shows up in our lives in all kinds of interesting ways.. It's anxiety, the masks we wear, the ways we hide and didn't show up the way we'd hoped. It's the culprit that has ended relationships and forced our retreats from ourselves and others.

Join us for an experiential evening of Shadow Work, where we explore the parts of ourselves we often keep hidden—our shame, our control, our perfectionism, our rage, our fears—and discover that these “dark” aspects are actually holding tremendous power, creativity, and truth.
Shadow work is the process of making the unconscious conscious—of bringing light and love to the parts of us we’ve disowned or rejected. It’s not about fixing ourselves. It’s about befriending the fullness of who we are.

In this workshop, we’ll guide you through:
-Partnered dyad exercises to uncover aspects of YOUR shadow
-Group psychodrama and witnessing that bring deep transformation
-Interactive play with archetypal shadows like The Controller, The Invisible One, The Rageful One, The Perfectionist, and more

Expect an atmosphere that’s light-hearted, playful, and safe—yet profoundly real.

You don’t need to be “broken” or in crisis. You just need to be curious. This space makes it accessible, fun, and powerful—especially when we do this with other individuals.

This will be a monthly offering with an intention to build intimate connection in the community. Come for one or join us for all 3 in 2025. Sunday October 26th, November 30, and Sunday Dec 28th.
