Join us for a powerful introductory shadow work experience where we’ll explore the hidden roots of commitment fears — whether in relationships, work, or life decisions — and help you reconnect with a deeper sense of safety within yourself.
In this 3 hours workshop, you’ll:
- Begin to uncover what “freedom” really means to your inner system
- Meet the parts of you that fear commitment or resist being “tied down”
- Explore how early experiences shaped your push-pull patterns
- Learn one practice to build inner trust and feel safe choosing your path
This is not a deep dive — it’s a meaningful doorway. Through gentle guided reflection, parts-based inquiry, and somatic awareness, you’ll take your first step toward rooted freedom the kind that doesn’t require you to run or lose yourself
