The Inner Alchemy Journey
Inner Alchemy is an art and science of gathering, storing, and circulating the energies of the human body. The human body is a precious and necessary resource for our spiritual journey, rather than something to be ignored or transcended. As we open, cleanse and balance the energetic system we are able to embody more of our awareness and authentic self. What emerges is an improvement in physical, emotional, and mental health.
In this journey, we utilize four primary modalities in the alchemical process. Movement, Breath, Dance, and Meditation. This all occurs while blindfolded and wearing noise isolating headsets, this provides a personal and intimate internal focus for the journey. The darkness shifts our awareness deeper within and amplifies our capacity to cultivate and transform energy. The healing frequencies delivered through the headphones guide the flow of the journey and encourage presence and openness.
The first stage is an energy activating movement practice
This movement practice is based on Himalayan Kriya Yoga. This is powerful practice that combines breath, movement, and meditation to awaken and harmonize the body's energy centers. Participants will be guided through a series of kriyas, or energy-clearing techniques, that cleanse the mind and body, leading to heightened awareness and a deeper connection with the self.
We then begin our inner alchemy breath practice.
This breath work technique has been designed by Dr. Manish Plaha and is designed to liberate stuck energy from the 7 energy centres. This process results in alignment, energetic activation and spiritual evolution. This stage of the journey is delivered blindfolded and through headphones where music and the guidance of Dr. Plaha will be audible to take you deep into your inner world to awaken your essence from within.
The next stage is the inner alchemy dance.
Through the blindfold and headphones specific music will be played to amplify the energy of your heart and access joy from within as you connect to your body through movement and dance. This enables the energy cultivated in the breath practice to move out into the body, harmonising and elevating frequencies.
The final stage is a powerful energetic alignment through guided meditation.
High frequencies of energy are brought into the space and you will be guided to receive this healing energy into your physical body, your energy bodies and your energy centres. You will be taken on a journey through meditation to open your heart and access your true power and potential.
Each stage of this journey is seamless and flows gracefully from one to the other leaving you in a state of bliss, pure awareness and gratitude.
It is advised that participants avoid eating 2-3 hours prior to the experience.

Manish Plaha is practicing medical doctor who is passionate about holistic wellbeing. With a special focus on embodiment through meditation, he aims to harmonise the human energy field as a pathway to optimum mental, physical and emotional health.
Dr. Plaha has developed an innovative approach to wellness, known as Inner Alchemy, which blends unique breath work, intuitive movement, and energetic meditations to facilitate profound transformation.
