In this intimate Shadow Work Tea Circle, we’ll gently but honestly explore the emotional patterns, triggers, and protective responses that keep showing up beneath the surface. Through tea ritual, guided journaling, and grounded discussion, you’ll begin meeting the hidden parts of yourself with more awareness, compassion, and truth.

This class is designed to be beginner-safe, spiritually grounded, and emotionally real. You do not need prior shadow work experience. You only need a willingness to be honest with yourself.

Inside this experience, you’ll be guided to:

• identify one recurring emotional trigger or pattern
• explore what may be sitting underneath that reaction
• reflect through intentional journaling prompts
• participate in guided discussion in a supportive space
• leave with more clarity, relief, and one practical way to work with what came up

This is a sacred but grounded space for self-reflection, not perfection. Sharing is welcome, but never forced. You are always allowed to move at your own pace.
