Welcome to our 8-part Shadow Work series! Every two weeks, we'll explore a new topic and technique to help uncover and address the parts of yourself you might have overlooked. Shadow Work, popularized by Carl Jung, is a practice rooted in spiritual traditions worldwide and also recognized in psychology. It involves bringing to light the aspects of yourself that you might be neglecting, deflecting, or avoiding, and learning to integrate these parts into your whole self.

In this third class through the playful yet profound concept of "dating yourself." This course will guide you to intuitively explore self-care by fostering a neutral positivity mindset, allowing you to observe how you show up in different aspects of your life. You'll gain insights into what you truly need and desire, learning how to attract what aligns with your authentic self. By reflecting on past experiences and wounds, you'll gain a deeper understanding of how these have shaped your current patterns.
