Welcome to our 8-part Shadow Work series! Every two weeks, we'll explore a new topic and technique to help uncover and address the parts of yourself you might have overlooked. Shadow Work, popularized by Carl Jung, is a practice rooted in spiritual traditions worldwide and also recognized in psychology. It involves bringing to light the aspects of yourself that you might be neglecting, deflecting, or avoiding, and learning to integrate these parts into your whole self.

In this final class, we’ll delve into the topic of loneliness. Often seen as a painful experience, loneliness can also be an opportunity for profound self-discovery and growth. This course will guide you in exploring the roots of your loneliness, helping you understand its messages and significance in your life. Through introspective exercises, you’ll learn to embrace solitude as a space for reflection and creativity, discovering ways to connect with yourself more deeply. By fostering a compassionate relationship with your feelings of loneliness, you'll gain insights into your needs for connection and self-acceptance.
