Shadow work is the practice of meeting the parts of you that learned to hide, protect, people-please, control, shut down, or stay small and turning that into self-understanding instead of self-judgment. It’s not about becoming “darker.” It’s about becoming whole.

You’ll leave with a simple, repeatable way to work with:

• Triggers (what’s really underneath the reaction)
• The inner critic and shame loops
• People-pleasing / perfectionism / control
• Projection (why certain traits in others hit a nerve)
• Self-sabotage (the hidden “protective” reason behind it)

• A Shadow Work Journal (yours to keep) with prompts + space to map your patterns
• Guided exercises you can continue using at home

• Grounding + gentle opening (you’ll feel held, not put on the spot)
• A clear, beginner-friendly teaching on shadow work + why it helps
• Guided journaling (with prompts that go deep without feeling overwhelming)
• A simple “trigger-to-truth” method to uncover what your shadow is asking for
• Optional reflection time (sharing is always optional)

This is an educational, reflective workshop not therapy. You’re welcome to skip any prompt, take breaks, or step outside for air at any time. If you’re actively processing intense trauma, consider bringing professional support alongside this kind of work.

This class is capped at 10 seats so everyone has space to breathe, write, and actually go inward. When it’s full, it’s full.
