Workshop #2: Shadow Work Integration
Healing, Rewriting & Creative Transformation
This immersive second workshop invites participants to move deeper into integration — exploring the inner layers where old stories, protective patterns, and long-held emotional responses live. Building on the educational foundations established in Workshop 1, this session focuses on healing, conscious rewriting, and embodied awareness.
Together, we’ll explore the spaces where shadow meets compassion and where awareness creates the opportunity for choice. Through guided reflection, gentle inquiry, and nervous-system-informed practices, participants are supported in noticing patterns, meeting inner parts with care, and allowing what is ready to shift to do so at its own pace.
A central element of this workshop is embodied practice. We will be guided through somatic release, restorative yoga, and kundalini-inspired movement and meditation led by Jaap, our gifted and deeply intuitive yoga instructor. Jaap’s work emphasizes nervous system regulation, connection, and presence, offering a safe and supportive way to release stored tension and integrate insight through the body.
Following the movement and meditation practice, the workshop transitions into a creative integration ritual — a hands-on craft designed to help give form and expression to our inner work.
This session is not about forcing depth, but about embodying awareness — integrating what has been learned and gently stepping into new ways of relating to yourself and your inner world.
The intention is to leave feeling grounded, connected, and supported, with practical tools and embodied practices you can continue using in everyday life.
