Umbra privitǎ ca sanctuar este o adâncire, o incursiune în întuneric. Atelierul devine spațiul în care poți să-ți aduci întreaga ta umbra și să o lași să strălucească. Împreună și singuri, vom conține dificultatea și provocările cu care cu totii ne confruntăm pe ringul de dans și în afara lui.
DESPRE 5RHYTHMS:
Creată de Gabrielle Roth și practicată de zeci de mii de oameni la nivel mondial, 5Rhythms® este o filosofie, o perspectivă, artă performativă și o mișcare dinamică care are la bază principiul conform căruia “dacă punem psihicul în miscare, acesta se va vindeca singur”. Miscarea este deopotrivă medicamentul și metafora care pătrund dincolo de limbi, culturi și vârste pentru a transforma suferința în artă, arta în conștiință, si conștiința în acțiune.

TIM BARNES a început să danseze 5Rhythms în anul 2012. Cu studii în filosofie, yoga, călătorii și retrageri spirituale, ritmurile au fost cele care i-au pus fundația drumului spre evoluție și exprimare de sine. El coordonează în mod regulat clase și ateliere 5Rhythms® în Londra și Bristol și oferă prin practica sa, o structură pentru a putea fi nestructurați. Viziunea sa este: corpurile noastre sunt corpuri care posedă înțelepciune iar atunci când le folosim ca atare, putem să ne transformăm și să transcedem. INFORMAȚII ȘI ÎNSCRIERI:
Nu este nevoie de experiență anterioară cu cele 5Ritmuri. Esti binevenit/ă să ni te alături.
Atelierul este ghidat în limba engleză. Dacă aveţi nevoie de traducere, contactaţi organizatoarea.
Atelierul acumuleaza 2 zile (nivel Valuri) pentru cei care vor sa se certifice ca si profesori 5Rhythms®.

Shadow sanctuary is a deepening, a darkening. The container where you can bring all of your shadow and let it shine. Together and alone, we’ll be embodying the difficulty and challenges that we all face on and off the dance floor.
ABOUT 5RHYTHMS:
Created by Gabrielle Roth and practiced by tens of thousands worldwide, 5Rhythms® is a philosophy, perspective, performance art and a dynamic movement practice rooted in the principle that if you put the psyche in motion it will heal itself. Movement is both the medicine and the metaphor, reaching across all languages, cultures and age groups to transform suffering into art, art into awareness, and awareness into action.
ABOUT THE TEACHER:
TIM BARNES, started moving through the 5Rhythms practice in 2012. With a background in philosophy, travel, yoga and the retreat world it was the rhythms that really paved a journey of self development and expression. It’s from this place that he holds space in Bristol and London on a regular basis; opening up the ‘waves map’ to provide a structure to be unstructured. PRACTICAL INFORMATION & REGISTRATION:
No previous experience in 5Rhythms is needed. You are welcome as you are. This workshop is guided in the English language. If you need support with the translation, please contact the organizer. This workshop counts as 2 days Waves level, towards the 5Rhythms teachers training.
