📣I am proud to announce my collaboration with the ANAIS Association for a new series of Empowerment through Self Defense (#ESD) workshops conducted by Daniela Draghici an instructor/trainer with over 20 years of experience in advocacy and education for women's rights.
🔔 The workshop is dedicated to groups of women from different backgrounds and offers:
✅ mental verbal and physical self-defense techniques
✅ non-conflictual communication skills
✅ exercises for recognizing and protecting personal boundaries
✅ basic self-defense techniques
✅ methods for managing stress and improving well-being
It is a comprehensive course designed to help you develop confidence and courage restore the connection between mind and body and feel safer in your daily life.
