This sound bath invites you to honor both the shadow and the light within, the parts of yourself seeking release and those ready to shine. Through the deep resonance of gongs, bowls, and chimes, you’ll experience an evening of balance, inner reflection, and transformation. This is a gentle practice for anyone wanting to find harmony and peace as we move through the season.
Preparing for Your Session:
✨ Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle in and get comfortable.
✨ Mats, bolsters, blankets, and eye pillows will be provided, feel free to bring anything else you love for extra coziness.
✨ Wear comfortable clothing and bring water if you'd like.
