Join us for a rich and reflective Shabbaton with Alan Morinis, taking place Friday, March 27 to Saturday, March 28, 2026.Alan Morinis earned his doctorate from Oxford University as a Rhodes Scholar and is a leading figure in the revival of the Jewish spiritual tradition of Mussar. He is the author of Climbing Jacob’s Ladder, Everyday Holiness, With Heart in Mind, and most recently The Shabbat Effect (2026).
Over the course of the weekend, Alan will guide the community through a series of teachings that invite personal reflection, ethical inquiry, and spiritual growth.

*In addition to the regular Shabbat High Kiddush, Torah School parents are invited to lunch over a facilitated discussion in the Youth Lounge.

Alan Morinis a obtenu son doctorat à l’Université d’Oxford à titre de boursier Rhodes et est une figure de proue du renouveau de la tradition spirituelle juive du Moussar.
