About this Event
SGSAH's annual Summer School is back for 2026 and once again taking a hybrid approach: online and in-person.
A series of live workshops and participatory sessions will be delivered across five days:
Online Days
- Thursday 18th and Friday 19th June
- Platform: Zoom
In-Person Days
- Wednesday 24th and Thursday 25th June
- Venue: Advanced Research Centre (ARC), University of Glasgow, 11 Chapel Lane, Glasgow, G11 6EW.

The Year 2 Symposium is taking place in-person at the ARC on Tuesday 23rd June, where the Year 2 SGSAH cohort will share with each other what they have been working on over the past two years.
We will also be hosting our Doctoral Research Showcase on 24th and 25th June, with reception/presentation event Thursday 25th June 5.30-7pm. The showcase will be in the central atrium of the Advanced Research Centre.
We welcome anyone interested in Arts and Humanities PhD research in Scotland to come along to the research showcase.
