Express your voice in clay. In this 6-hour workshop with master potter Tim Christensen, we will explore the storytelling side of visual art, learning illustration on clay forms using the ancient technique of sgraffito. Bring a poem, an idea, a doodle, a drawing, and Tim will help you translate it to clay.
No experience with clay at all necessary. Forms are available from Tim in advance.
Tim Christensen’s work is about the ever-changing web of relationships that surround us. His goal is to make work that still speaks clearly in 10,000 years, and more importantly, conveys the complexity and richness of the world in which he is most fortunate to live.
