*NO Qigong Experience Required The focus of Level One is to ACTIVATE THE QI, the healing intelligence in the body and to develop a deep understanding of how Qi works in the body.
This Level One training is designed for people who want to immediately dive deep into this ancient practice and utilize Spring Forest Qigong’s healing wisdom for their own physical and emotional healing.

THIS TRAINING INCLUDES:
✅Spring Forest QIGONG MOVEMENTS, that move the energy in our bodies, unblocking the areas where there is too much, and restoring it where there may not be enough.
✅GUIDED MEDITATIONS such as the 'Small Universe Meditation' that are easy to follow and allow you to feel the stillness and peace that comes from a meditative state.
