Saturday, Aug 16, 2025, 2:00 pm I'll have a Cooking with Friends afternoon at my house, 103 Chabot Court, Modesto. This will be a hands on class for making seitan various ways. Seitan (wheat-meat) can be make chicken-like, beef-like and even fish-like or as sausage links, deli slices, . It's amazing.
Cost is $15.00 per person and you will get to take home a package of Bob's Red Mill Vital Wheat Gluten Flour so you can make it at your home.
