At our Sewing Circle at Studio on 6th, we come together to create bonding hearts for NICU babies—small fabric hearts made with big love. One heart stays with mom, soaking up her scent and warmth, and its twin is placed with her baby. Studies show that familiar scent can be comforting and supportive for NICU babies, helping them feel connected even when they can’t be held as often.

This circle is about more than sewing—it’s about compassion, community, and doing something meaningful with our hands. You don’t need to be an expert sewer. If you can stitch (or want to learn), you belong here.
