This six week course is the next step in your sewing journey and some sewing ability is recommended.
About this Event

07/11/2024 - 12/12/2024 Thursday Evenings from 6-9pm

This course is for those who have already completed the basic introduction to sewing, or have some experience of machine sewing. During this 6week (18 hour) course , Debs will support you to improve your sewing ability and take you through making a more complex garment from fabric and pattern selection, to trimming and finishing and to complete projects started in the previous course.

Spaces are limited to 6 places so early booking is recommended for these popular classes.

The cost of £135 is for the course only. You will need to purchase a pattern and fabric which can be sourced from specialist stockists such as Lingards in Sudbury, or other outlets such as online stores, which means you can buy according to your budget. If you have some fabric in mind that you may already have, please bring it to the first lesson so that you can discuss the suitability with the tutor.

We do have sewing machines to borrow in the centre if necessary.

Please note we run all our courses based on a minimum number of participants.

If you are no longer able to attend the class please contact the team at your earliest convenience. Cancellations received within 48 hours of the class start time are non-refundable.
