Sewing 4 Dummies: How 2 Sew
About this Event
Welcome back to Sewing 4 Dummies, your weekly guide to building sewing confidence from the ground up. Now that you understand your machine, fabrics, needles, and settings, it's time to start sewing.
In this session, we'll focus on the core sewing techniques you'll use in almost every project. You'll learn how to sew straight and curved seams, create neat corners, use seam allowances correctly, and become familiar with some of the most useful sewing machine attachments.
This hands-on class is designed to help you gain control and accuracy at the machine while building the practical skills needed for alterations, repairs, and future sewing projects.
By the end of the session, you'll be confidently sewing basic seams and finishes, giving you the foundation needed for hemming, adjustments, and garment alterations in the next class.
