The event will feature:

• Andy Middleton exploring how Wales can lead the way in sustainable business. This interactive session will reflect on Wales Climate Week (Nov 2024) and inspire New Year: New Sustainable Habits.

• A Panel Discussion hosted by Sarah Gore (Business Wales), with SMEs sharing their decarbonisation journeys and carbon reduction strategies.

• Insights from Eoin Bailey, detailing Celsa's Sustainability Journey.

• A second Panel Discussion, hosted by Laura Aherne (Millrace Marketing), focused on Becoming a BCorp.

Each session is designed to spark debate and reflection, with Q&A opportunities to deepen engagement. The event is tailored to both SMEs and Large Enterprises, so all are welcome from across the Cardiff Capital Region. The day concludes with more networking to connect with like-minded professionals.
