Ready to learn how to use a sewing machine and walk away with a cozy pajama set you made yourself? Whether you're brand new to sewing or just need a refresher, this 3-day beginner-friendly workshop will teach you the basics—just in time for holiday gift giving (or keeping!).🧵 Class Dates: Tuesdays – November 4, 11, & 18
🕔 Time: 5:15 PM – 7:00 PM
Over the course of the class, you’ll learn how to:
Properly cut and pin a pattern
Thread your sewing machine (needle and bobbin)
Sew straight and curved seams
Hem and finish your garments
Make a buttonhole using your machine
Create a complete, matching set of simple pajamas
This is an extra-small class (limited to 4 students) to ensure plenty of 1-on-1 time with instructor Sabrina of Bend Alterations—a professional with over 45 years of sewing experience and a passion for teaching.
You’re welcome to use one of our provided machines, or bring your own! (Please note at checkout if you'll be bringing a machine.)
Perfect for beginners, this workshop combines sewing machine basics with a fun, wearable project you’ll be proud of.
