Several Species - The PINK FLOYD Experience

Several Species has performed in some of the most prestigious venues in the Mid-Atlantic region, including The 9:30 Club, The Lincoln Theater, Pier Six Pavilion, The Hippodrome, The Fillmore, Rams Head Live, and The Recher. The band’s name derives from the Pink Floyd track “Several Species of Small Furry Animals Gathered Together in a Cave and Grooving with a Pict.” In addition to the audio side of things, Several Species felt the visuals of their live shows were equally important to capturing the overall feel of a live Pink Floyd show. To further enhance their live show experience, they added a laser light show, Arnold the inflatable pig, circular screen video projection, and quadraphonic surround sound.
