Join us for a gentle sound bath to unwind, reset, and return to balance at the North Whidbey Center for Wellbeing. Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes and other healing instruments played by our Certified Sound Practitioner, Rana Jayne of Seventh Wave Sound Healing LLC.

Sink into the stillness with vibrations from crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other frequency based instruments. Let the vibrations guide you into deep rest, allowing your nervous system to reset and your body, mind, and spirit to recalibrate. Come as you are, rest deeply, and leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and aligned.

ARRIVE AT LEAST 10 MINUTES PRIOR to allow time to nestle into your cocoon so that we can begin promptly at 6:30pm.

What to bring?

• yoga mat
• pillow/s

Pro-tips:

1. An eye mask is helpful to sink further into the space
2. Bring at least two pillows - one for under your head and one for under your knees. This will help you sink into the space more comfortably on the floor.
3. Bring a thicker yoga mat or a nice blanket to help cushion you on the floor and create your cozy cocoon.
4. Wear comfy clothes to ensure you are cozy - perhaps socks as you typically take off your shoes for the event
