Hello friends,
I want to personally invite you to join me for a powerful healing experience and part of my Shaman Series & Techniques classes called the Sevenfold Legacy Chair Gestalt.
This workshop explores legacy healing through shamanic and indigenous-inspired practices, community connection, and deep inner work. Together, we create a sacred and supportive space where participants can safely explore unresolved emotions, family patterns, ancestral wounds, and the parts of ourselves that may feel lost, frozen, disconnected, or unheard.
The “Sevenfold” aspect of this work is inspired by the seven cardinal points found within the Inca medicine wheel, the Chakana, and related indigenous healing traditions. Through guided Gestalt processes, participants may engage in open-chair work, symbolic representation, role-playing conversations, and energetic exploration.
At times, participants may speak to imagined figures from their past, present, or inner world, allowing truth, emotion, remembrance, healing, and self-understanding to emerge in a safe and supported environment. This is powerful transformational work rooted in presence, compassion, and self-awareness.
As part of the Shaman Series & Techniques teachings, this class blends ceremony, energetic awareness, community process, and practical healing tools that participants can continue exploring beyond the workshop itself.
This work is not about performance.
It is about presence, release, remembrance, and healing.
