We’re heading back to one of Wandering Adventures’ original camping destinations for a long weekend on Florida’s beautiful Nature Coast — and we’re going right in the heart of manatee season.
Our home base will be Chassahowitzka River Campground, just steps from the river. We’ll spend our days paddling spring-fed waterways, exploring Seven Sisters Springs, searching for manatees and other wildlife, and heading out for another Nature Coast adventure.
Then we come home to hot showers, good food, cold drinks and those wonderfully slow evenings around the fire.
Never camped before? You absolutely can do this.
We make camping easy. When you arrive, your campsite and equipment will be waiting for you. Your trip includes:

A 35% deposit reserves your spot, with the remaining balance due 30 days before the adventure.
