About this Event

Jefferson's was founded in 1997, and has since become well-known for its aging methods. Although they have bourbons and ryes that are aged like any other classic Kentucky whiskey, they became the talk of the bourbon scene when they began aging their whiskey on casks aboard ships. They then took it a step further and started aging their whiskey on board ships in different climates!
