Seven Grand Whiskey Society: Dark Arts!

Dark Arts seemed to come out of nowhere. Founded only three years ago as a blending house in Lexington, Kentucky, these guys have exploded into the whiskey world with interesting and innovative bourbons and ryes with cask finishes such as armagnac, cognac and toasted jupilles fleur French oak staves, to be specific. They only opened their brick and mortar building in Lexington in 2025. The name Dark Arts is apt: some magic is going on with these guys to make delicious and creative whiskies that have just skyrocketed them into whiskey stardom.
