This is bourbon the way Booker Noe liked it: uncut, unfiltered, and aged between 6-8 years. Beginning in 1988, Booker began releasing uncut and unfiltered batch-proof bourbon under his name, the way he would gift whiskey to his own personal friends. Dedicating each batch to someone or some occasion, Booker's now releases four batches a year. We will go through 2025's collection.
