A trauma-informed movement experience designed to regulate the nervous system and restore embodied safety. The class moves through seven key gateways in the body where stress, emotion, and protective patterns are commonly held. Movement is slow, intuitive, and supported by breath, sound, and moments of stillness rather than force or performance.
