Event Overview
Join us for a scenic day out at the stunning Seven Sisters Cliffs! This trip is open to Kashmiri friends and family and promises fresh air, breathtaking coastal views, and a chance to enjoy nature with great company.
We’ll travel by private coach from London, stop for a quick breakfast along the way, hike along the cliffs, and optionally gather for a casual dinner back in London. It’s the perfect combination of adventure, relaxation, and community.
Transport & Meeting Details
• Meeting Point: King’s Cross Station, London
• Meeting Time: 8:30 AM (please arrive early)
• Departure: 8:45 AM sharp
• Return: Expected back in London around 9:00 PM
• Coach: Private coach seat with luggage space
• Refreshment Stop: We’ll pause at a motorway service station for breakfast, coffee, and snacks
What to Expect
• Coach Journey: Approximately 2.5–3 hours from London to Seven Sisters (~90–100 miles).
• Break Stop: Grab breakfast, coffee, or snacks to fuel your day.
• Hiking & Sightseeing: Explore the iconic cliffs, take photos, and enjoy the fresh sea air. Please stay on designated paths at all times.
• Return: Board the coach in the late afternoon and head back to London.
• Optional Dinner: Anyone who wishes may join for a casual dinner in London after we return.
Safety Guidelines (Mandatory)
• Stay on marked paths and behind fences — the cliffs are unstable near edges.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• Wear sturdy walking shoes; flip-flops or heels are not suitable.
• Dress for the weather — bring layers, rainwear, and sun protection.
• Do not throw objects off the cliffs.
• Follow all instructions from organisers and coach staff.
• Keep a mobile phone and powerbank handy in case of emergencies.
• By joining the trip, participants accept personal responsibility for safety. Organisers are not liable for accidents caused by unsafe behavior.

• Comfortable walking shoes or trainers
• Weather-appropriate clothing (layers, waterproof jacket, hat, sunscreen)
• Water bottle
• Snacks or lunch
• Backpack or small day bag
• Mobile phone and powerbank
• Optional: camera or extra layer
Tips & Notes
• Bring cash or a card for snacks or souvenirs.
• Morning Departure: Arrive a few minutes early (by 8:30 AM) for coach boarding at King’s Cross.
• Return Journey: Please be at the coach and ready to depart by 6:00 PM for the journey back to London.
• Photography & Videography: Photos and short videos will be taken during the trip for memories and group sharing. If you prefer not to participate, please notify the organisers in advance.
• Mobile Signal: There will be limited or no mobile signal on the cliffs. Please stay connected with the group and follow the organisers’ instructions at all times.
• No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the coach.
• Respect the environment — leave no litter behind.
• Optional: consider layers and sun protection, as the weather can change quickly along the cliffs.
• Enjoy the day, share smiles, and celebrate Kashmiri culture safely and respectfully!
Cultural & Community Extras (Optional):
• You can bring any Kashmiri musical instruments, if you want to share music during the trip
• Speakers or portable music devices for group music, please keep the volume reasonable.
• Kashmiri food or snacks to share with the group (packed and easy to eat)
• Carpets or small mats for sitting comfortably during breaks or picnics

• Only safe, portable items should be brought; nothing heavy or hazardous.
• Respect space on the cliffs and coach, avoid blocking paths or seats.
• Encourage sharing and celebrating Kashmiri culture, but keep safety and comfort for everyone in mind.
