SEUSSICAL: THEATRE FOR YOUNG AUDIENCES VERSION celebrates the endless imagination of Dr. Seuss by bringing his most iconic characters together in one whimsical adventure. The mischievous Cat in the Hat narrates the tale of Horton the Elephant, who discovers a tiny world of the Whos who live on a speck of dust. Among them is Jojo, a young dreamer whose creative “thoughts” land him in trouble. Horton finds himself responsible not only for protecting the Whos from skeptics and danger, but also for guarding an abandoned egg left in his care by the carefree Mayzie La Bird. Through kidnappings, trials, and constant ridicule, Horton is supported by the loyal and determined Gertrude McFuzz. Their intertwined journeys highlight themes of friendship, courage, and community, making an unforgettable theatrical experience for all ages.
