Settled in the Season

Sign up quickly as the first 30 ladies to sign up will a receive a free book called "All Things Broken and Beautiful"! Between now and March 15, Berean members and regular attendees will be able to sign up for the event. After March 15, Berean ladies will be able to add 1 guest to join the event, if they would like. After March 29, any ladies can sign up until we reach capacity (48 attendees). Due to the popularity of our speaker and the subject of the seasons of life, we are only opening the event to adults, with the exception of nursing babies (the kids can bond with dad at home :)).

Berean ladies, a few notes:

1) A potluck sign up sheet will available in the church foyer. Beverages will be provided.

2) At the conclusion of the tea, we will spend about ten minutes praying for two of our expecting moms who are due this summer. Ladies are welcome to stay for the opening of baby gifts but can feel free to leave, if needed. Megan Gould is expecting a fifth baby and won't be finding out the gender until the baby is born. She prefers Sam's Club or Huggies diapers (sizes 1-4). Keila Price is expecting a girl. Ladies can purchase baby girl outfits for her baby or diapers (she prefers the Up & Up brand). We will have an area at the back of the fellowship hall for collecting gifts for the two expecting mothers.

About Joy Burney, our speaker: In 1976, Rev. Bob and Joy Burney founded a church in Westerville, Ohio, where they spent 25 years pointing believers to the transformative power of the message of the cross. Realizing many believers and leaders struggled with spiritual exhaustion and brokenness, they transitioned in 2000 to launch CrossPower Ministries in order to share this healing message all over the country. Joy has written a book called "My Shadows of Death" that will be available for purchase at the tea for $10.
