Settle. Restore. Release. is a 90 minute trauma-informed class that focuses on mindfulness + healing in safe space where you can explore and acknowledge your bodies' internal signals and begin to release and heal from traumatic experiences. This approach helps to establish safety in the body by encouraging you to stay present.

We will open with breathwork and a short guided meditation allowing the body + mind to settle in. Then transitioning into restorative yoga poses that support the body and aid in complete relaxation + grounding. We will finish class with a yoga nidra practice to help release pent up tension + energy we carry so we can leave with a feeling of deep nourishment to our mind, body + soul.
