The new year is quickly approaching: are you ready to hit the ground running with a focused business vision and an aligned set of marketing goals?
If you’re not quite there yet, join the WE-CAN community of women entrepreneurs for an in-person, group training session on Authentic Marketing Goals for 2025.
Together, we’ll dive into Big Picture Thinking for next year, and create a set of strategic marketing goals to support our business vision.
Led by WE-CAN Project Manager Kerry Ramsay and guest presenter Cheyanne O’Driscoll of , this morning session is designed to help you:
· Get clear on your overall business vision for 2025
· Outline a set of aligned marketing goals using the SMART framework
· Get feedback on your draft vision and goals so you can get started right away
Whether you are launching, growing or scaling your business, this interactive training event will help you get on track for the new year so you can ramp up your revenue and create more impact.
After all, we know that every solid business vision needs to be supported by aligned marketing goals and connected to effective marketing strategies in order to create long-term success.

ABOUT THE PRESENTER:
Cheyanne O'Driscoll is a marketing consultant and coach who runs CO' Marketing from Quinte West. With clients spanning from Kingston to Stratford, she serves small businesses and entrepreneurs across Southern Ontario.
Known for her Authentic Marketing approach, Cheyanne specializes in making marketing both simple and strategic—without the ick.
Having worked with over 100 small business owners and entrepreneurs, she’s dedicated to helping others succeed with genuine, effective marketing strategies.
ABOUT THE WE-CAN PROJECT:
The WE-CAN Project is led by Queen’s University with a mission to inspire and empower existing and aspiring women entrepreneurs by providing them with tools, resources, expert mentors, networks and community building to expand existing businesses and to launch new ventures. Since launching in 2020, the WE-CAN Project has supported more than 1,600 women entrepreneurs in launching, growing and scaling their business in the greater Kingston region.
