The officers and members of Sethos Temple No. 170 and Sethos Court No. 105 are pleased to extend and invitation for all to join us for our Joint Ball Weekend to honor Illustrious Potentate Cassius Smith and Illustrious Commandress Daughter Rosalind Blanks. Please come out to join us fora weekend of Sethos “Fall Festival”. We have planned an exciting weekend of activities for your entertainment. The Joint Ball Weekend will begin on Friday, October 4 with Registration from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Hospitality from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm.; Friday night event “Boots and Buckles” from 8:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., followed by Hospitality from 12:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. Saturday morning there will be a breakfast from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. with the Illustrious Potentate and Illustrious Commandress (private event); and the Fall Festival Cookout at Tanglewood Park (rep your football team) from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.; the ballroom doors will open at 6:00 p.m., followed by protocol at 6:30 p.m., and dinner will be served at 7:00 p.m.; Hospitality will follow from 12:00 a.m. until 2:00 a.m.
• Tickets for the complete weekend are $85.00 early bird (while tickets are available), $95.00 regular price or $30.00 for Friday’s Boots and Buckles or a weekend/hospitality pass can be purchased for $50.00 (excludes the ball). purchase tickets is September 13, 2024. No Ball tickets will be sold at the door.
