Set & Surrender: An Intention Setting Yoga Experience

Welcome the new year with presence, purpose, and peace.

Set & Surrender is The Bloom Room’s first event of the year, an intimate sunset yoga experience designed to help you release what no longer serves you and intentionally step into 2026 with clarity and alignment.

This guided experience will begin with a 45-minute intentional Vinyasa yoga flow, led by Amber Nicole. Vinyasa yoga is a fluid, breath-led practice that links movement with breath, allowing poses to flow seamlessly from one to the next. This style of yoga encourages mindfulness, gentle strength, and emotional release, making it ideal for grounding the body while creating space for intention and renewal.

As the sun sets, guests will move through a thoughtfully curated sequence designed to calm the nervous system, open the heart, and invite release. The flow will be accessible, supportive, and adaptable for all levels.

Following the yoga session, guests will take part in a guided intention-setting moment focused on releasing the past, setting clear intentions, and consciously entering the new year with faith, trust, and alignment.

Set & Surrender is more than a yoga session, it’s a pause. A reset. A sacred moment to breathe, reflect, and realign.
