This session for parents of freshmen and sophomores will highlight the top skills employers are looking for, such as communication, collaboration, problem-solving, adaptability, and emotional intelligence, while also emphasizing the importance of emotional regulation. Parents will learn how to support their student in developing these essential skills to thrive academically, socially, and eventually in the workplace.
