In this session, we’ll explore the concept of identity and the labels we carry from past experiences. Often, the words others, especially our parents, have used to define us become woven into our self-perception, but these labels don’t have to be our truth.

Topics Include:

• Who’s That? – Discovering your authentic self beyond labels
• Understanding how past identities can shape but not define us
• Techniques for Relabelling, Replacing, and Re-parenting as tools for healing and self-compassion
• Embracing the journey of being re-parented – nurturing the self with kindness and acceptance
