ServSafe Manager Training & Certification Exam - Bozeman, MT

This one-day training is designed to prepare you for the ServSafe Manager Certification exam administered at the end of the day.

• Food Safety Fundamentals: Understand how to prevent foodborne illness and why it matters.
• Regulatory Compliance: Learn food handling regulations and how to meet them confidently.
• Temperature Guidelines: Master internal cooking temperatures for raw animal products and proper hot and cold holding standards.

• Cleaning and Sanitizing:Cover the essentials for maintaining a safe environment.
• HACCP Basics: Get an introduction to Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points requirements and principles.

• Class Start: 9:00 AM
• Lunch Break: 12:00 PM – 12:45 PM (students are responsible for their own lunches). Complimentary coffee and tea will be provided throughout the day.
• Exam Start: Approximately 4:00 PM

Most students finish the exam and leave between 5:00 PM and 5:30 PM, though extra time is available if needed. Plan to stay until 6:00 PM to ensure minimal stress around exam time.

It’s natural to feel nervous—90 questions and food safety rules can seem daunting! But throughout the day, we’ll share real-life stories, tackle challenges, and even have a few laughs. By the end, you’ll leave confident, capable, and eager to put your new skills into action.
