About this Event

Our Learn and Connect Day focuses on learning and forging connections. Whether we are people living with dementia, family, informal carers, or professionals in the field, we all need to learn and connect.

Join us at this Expo to talk in person with a range of local providers who can connect you with programs and services to support both those living with dementia and carers.

Dementia is a complex issue with many aspects, so gaining as much knowledge as possible is crucial.

The impact of dementia reaches beyond the individual, affecting their family and community. We aim to support people living with dementia in enjoying their best lives by strengthening the bonds between us as we share knowledge and support each other.
