A full-day, hands-on training experience for service dog teams who want clarity, confidence, and real-world skills—fast.

If you’re ready to make real progress with your service dog, this one-day bootcamp will give you the guidance, structure, and practice you need to train with confidence. You’ll learn exactly what to train, how to train it, and why it works—with personalized support every step of the way.

This is a working, team-focused event designed to help you and your dog succeed together. Whether you’re just starting your service dog journey or already training and need the next steps, this bootcamp will provide the tools, skills, and direction to move forward with success.

All sessions held outdoors at CPR Park – Carson City, NV

Each workshop builds on the last. You may attend individual sessions, but the Full-Day Pass offers the most complete experience and highest value.

9:30 AM – 11:30 AM • $75
Dogs Welcome

Start with clarity and direction. In this session, you’ll learn service dog laws, etiquette, handler responsibilities, expectations, and what a successful service dog journey looks like from start to finish.
We will cover:
• ADA laws, access rights, and public behavior expectations
• Service Dog vs ESA vs Therapy Dog
• Selecting or moving forward with your dog
• What public-ready behavior truly looks like
• Step-by-step training roadmap for the next 6–12 months

You’ll walk away knowing exactly where you are in the process and what to focus on next.

12:00 PM – 2:00 PM • $110
Dogs Encouraged

Build your dog’s confidence and reliability in real-world environments—especially travel.
We will cover:
• Public access behavior standards & benchmarks
• How to prepare for airports, TSA, and airplane cabins
• Gear for public access and travel success
• Training exercises to reduce stress & distractions
• Practice drills to set your dog up for calm, confident outings

This session focuses on the practical “out-in-the-world” skills most teams struggle with so you know how to prepare your dog for real-life scenarios.

⏸️ 30-Minute Break
Bring your own lunch, snacks, and water for you and your dog.
Use this time for potty breaks, decompression, questions, and rest.

2:30 PM – 4:30 PM • $150
Working Dogs Required

Task work is the heart of service dog training. In this hands-on session, you’ll learn how to teach tasks step-by-step using clear, repeatable techniques that build independence and reliability.
Tasks may include:
• Deep Pressure Therapy (lap/ground)
• Interrupting anxiety or panic behaviors
• Retrieval tasks (items, Medic*tion, aid tools)
• “Find help” or lead-out behaviors
• Beginner scent/alert foundations (intro only)

You’ll receive coaching, feedback, and personalized troubleshooting to ensure you know how to continue task training at home.

To ensure a safe and successful learning environment for everyone:

• No reactive or aggressive dogs
This event is not suitable for dogs who bark, lunge, growl, or struggle in close proximity to others. If your dog becomes overly stressed or disruptive, we may kindly ask you to step aside to regroup.

• No flexi/retractable leashes
Standard 4–6 ft leashes only.

• Dogs remain on-leash unless instructed during a controlled exercise.

• One dog per handler unless approved in advance.

This is an outdoor event held at CPR Park.
The bootcamp will run rain or shine, unless it snows.
Dress in layers and bring what you need to stay comfortable outdoors with your dog.

If a weather cancellation becomes necessary, we will reschedule or offer credit options.

Tickets are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another person for the same event.
