Serve Strong: First Responder Resilience Summit 2026

Join first responders from across the Upper Cumberland for the First Responder Resilience Summit, a one day event focused on mental health, resilience, and long-term sustainability in the field. You'll hear from experts and national speakers Ret. Anaheim Firefighter Paramedic, Matthew "Matty" Fiorenza and Tennessee's own Derrick Edwards and others.

This summit brings together practical training, real-world insight, and meaningful conversation designed to support those who serve on the front lines.

The event includes a special screening of PTSD-911, a nationally recognized documentary featured in nearly 100 cities, followed by a panel discussion along with a resilience training block led by an experienced, respected, professional many in Tennessee already know!

Whether you’re seeking practical tools, professional development (CEUs) or a deeper understanding of the challenges responders face, this event is built to equip and strengthen you for the work ahead.
