Rules:
•Women’s net height
•Need at least 1 man on the team
•Only women can jump and hit
•Men can only hit in front of 10ft line with both feet on the ground
•Men can NOT jump to block
•Men CAN jump behind 10ft line to hit
•Men CAN jump serve
•Men CAN jump to set
•Men 65+ CAN jump to hit/serve etc
•No sets/tips over
