Join Us for Serve & Sculpt!

Serve & Sculpt is a one-of- a -kind women-only, beginner-friendly experience designed to bring women together for movement, fun, and community. Whether you're picking up a tennis racket for the first time or you've played before, this event is all about trying something new, getting active, and enjoying the experience.

We'll start on the mat with 40 minutes of beginner-friendly Pilates. Learn the basics on how Pilates can improve balance and agility to get you moving on the Tennis court.

Then we'll head to the Tennis court for 40 minutes of beginner friendly Tennis.Learn some technique, hit some balls, move your body, and have fun!

And of course, we're bringing the VIBES! Expect music, food, drinks, good people, good energy, and a few surprises along the way.
