Servant Leadership

This course explores the philosophy and practice of servant leadership, a leadership approach that prioritizes the needs of others, empowering teams, and fostering collaboration to achieve shared goals. Students will examine the core principles of servant leadership, including empathy, stewardship, community building, ethical decision-making, and personal humility. Through a combination of theoretical frameworks and practical case studies, learners will develop skills to lead effectively by serving others first. The course emphasizes real-world application in both organizational and personal contexts, preparing students to lead with integrity, compassion, and a deep sense of responsibility toward the growth and well-being of their teams and communities.
