Beneath the surface of your being, a serpent of light sleeps, the kundalini — waiting for your invitation to rise. Serpent Rising is an 8-week journey designed to awaken and harmonize your spiritual energy through a fusion of Kundalini-inspired yoga, shamanic journeying, kirtan, and energy healing.Each 90-minute class weaves together:
✨ Grounding & Intention: Guided centering and invocation to align with the week’s energetic theme.
🔥 Kriya & Yoga Practice: Dynamic breathwork, spinal awakening, and asana sequences to move kundalini energy through the chakras.
🪶 Shamanic Practices: Drum- or rattle-led journeying, earth connection, and ritual to clear, activate, and integrate subtle energy.
🎶 Kirtan & Sound Healing: Live devotional music, chanting, and mantra with Shiva Sundari to open the heart and elevate frequency.
💫 Energy Healing & Meditation: Hands-on or distance energy transmission (Reiki /shamanic) guided by Erica, followed by meditation for integration.
🌕 Reflection & Closing: Journaling prompts or group share to anchor insight and embodied awareness.
Over 8 weeks, we’ll rise together through the chakras — from the grounding of Mother Earth to the illumination of Cosmic Consciousness — awakening the serpent of life force energy and remembering our innate wholeness.
This is not a passive yoga series — it’s an immersive ritual of ascension.
All levels welcome; come as you are, ready to expand.

Erica Miller, holistic healer, shamanic practitioner, Reiki Master-Teacher, and founder of inSpirit healing arts, leads you through the transformational arc of this work — blending somatic awakening with intuitive and energetic healing.
Shiva Sundari, shamanic practitioner, kirtan wallah, Reiki Master-Teacher, brings the alchemy of kirtan, mantra, drumming, and sound healing — guiding you deeper into heart-centered presence and devotion.

• No prior experience with Kundalini or shamanic work required.
• Please bring a yoga mat, water, & journal. Items to bring for the altar will be guided along the way.
