IIF YOU ARE CAMPING, EACH INDIVIDUAL WILL NEED A $35 TICKET. IF YOU ARE RENTING AN RV SITE, EACH PERSON IN THE RV WILL ALSO NEED TO HAVE A $15 DOLLAR TICKET FOR THE WEEKEND TO GO TOWARDS THE COST OF THE EVENT. SATURDAY ONLY TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE FOR $25. REMEMBER KIDS 12 AND UNDER ARE FREE! SCHOLARSHIP TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE FOR THOSE WHO WOULD OTHERWISE NOT BE ABLE TO ATTEND. ~~ Please remember that if you are purchasing an RV site for the weekend; you will need to purchase that from the Lazy L & L along with your weekend ticket for the events. Please remember to reserve your site under Serenity Under the Stars

~~Raffle Tickets ~1-$10.00 or 6 for $50

~~Refund Policy - 7 Days before the event on tickets only - Eventbrite fees, Raffle Tickets and donations are non-refundable. Please email [email protected] to request.

~~ You will receive a wrist band for each ticket type (site/day) purchased and any raffle tickets purchased at the Registration Table the day of the event as part of your check-in process~~

~~ Please register for sober games through the email listed in the agenda.

~~ There will be a prize for the most trash collected at the end of the weekend!!!!

Lazy L&L Campground Rules and Guidelines:

Lazy L&L will have tube/kayak/raft rentals or shuttle passes. Camping rates DO NOT include the rental.

Dogs/Pets are NOT permitted

No refunds will be given for early departure or due to acts by Mother Nature

No fireworks; No firearms of any nature

Travel at 5 mph inside the campgrounds due to dust control and safety

No glass, styrofoam, or 5oz plastic containers or less in the the river by order of WORD

No rope swings, slides, hot tubs or swimming pools.

Do not cut or trim any trees or grapevines

Music must be kept to an acceptable volme … your neighbor may not prefer to listen to your music.

Quiet time is 12AM-8AM on Fridays and Saturdays; Sundays thru Thursdays it is 11PM-8AM.

Please respect your neighbors; don’t walk through their site, etc.

All fires must be confined to the fire pits or fire rings – no open fires

Do not cross any boundary fences – private property exists past fence lines and should never be crossed

Do not throw cigarette butts on the ground including your site.

Mini bikes, 4-wheelers are not allowed.

RVs which are 10 years old or older may be refused entry based upon condition of unit. Condition is determined by Lazy L&L Management.

AT ANY TIME DURING YOUR STAY, MANAGEMENT OR STAFF RESERVES THE RIGHT FOR IMMEDIATE DISMISSAL WITH NO REFUND FOR ANY MISCONDUCT. MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE.

WAIVER- Please Note- This will serve as the waiver for each ticket that you purchase. Please make sure that if you are purchasing tickets for more than yourself, it is your responsibility to share this WAIVER with those you are purchasing tickets for.

Photography/Video Release: Participants in any activities offered by Recovery In Motion may be photographed or videotaped during the training/events. The undersigned hereby consents to the use of these photographs and/or videos without compensation on the Recovery In Motion website, social media sites, or in any editorial, promotional, or advertising material produced and/or published by Recovery In Motion.

Waiver and Release of Liability Express Assumption of Risk: I, the undersigned, am aware that there are significant risks involved in all aspects of physical activities. These risks include but are not limited to: falls which can result in serious injury or death; injury or death due to negligence on the part of myself, those around me; injury or death due to improper use of equipment; strains and sprains. I am aware that any of these above-mentioned risks may result in serious injury or death to myself or those around me. I willingly assume full responsibility for the risks that I am exposing myself to and accept full responsibility for any injury or death that may result from participation in any activity or class while at or under the direction of Recovery In Motion. I also acknowledge that I have no physical impairments, injuries, or illnesses that will endanger me or others during any Recovery In Motion activities.

Release: In consideration of the risks mentioned above and hazards and in consideration of the fact that I am willingly and voluntarily participating in activities offered by Recovery In Motion, I , the undersigned, hereby release Recovery In Motion, their principals, agents, employees, contractors, and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions or rights of action, which are related to, arise out of, or are in any way connected with my participation in these activities, including those allegedly attributed to the negligent acts or omissions of the parties mentioned above. This agreement shall be binding upon me, my successors, representatives, heirs, executors, assigns, or transferees. If any portion of this agreement is held invalid, I agree that the remainder of the agreement shall remain in full legal force and effect. If I am signing on behalf of a minor child, I also give full permission for any person connected with Recovery In Motion to administer first aid deemed necessary, and in case of serious illness or injury, I give permission to call for medical and or surgical care for the child and to transport the child to a medical facility deemed necessary for the well-being of the child. Indemnification: The participant recognizes that there is risk involved in the types of activities offered by Recovery In Motion. Therefore, the participant accepts the financial responsibility for any injury that the participant may cause either to him/herself or to any other participant due to his/her negligence. Should the parties mentioned above, or anyone acting on their behalf, be required to incur attorney’s fees and costs to enforce this agreement, I agree to reimburse them for such fees and costs. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Recovery In Motion, their principals, agents, employees, and volunteers from liability for the injury or death of any person (s) and damage to property that may result from my negligent or intentional act or omission while participating in activities offered by Recovery In Motion, at the main facility or abroad. This includes but is not limited to parks, recreational areas, playgrounds, camping grounds, areas adjacent to the main facility, public roads/streets/sidewalks/parking lots, and/or any area selected for Recovery In Motion activities. I have read and understood the forgoing assumption of risk and release of liability. I understand that by signing, it obligates me to indemnify the parties named for any liablity for injury or death of any person and damage to property cause by my negligent or intentional act or omission. I understand that by signing this form, I am waiving valuable legal rights.
