⦁ RELAX and be guided into the vibration and soothing resonance of the symphonic gong, koshi chimes, ocean drum and pan drum to allow you to enter into a deep meditative state of the physical, emotional & spiritual bliss bodies
⦁ Receive in a supremely comfortable supportive laying savasana (preferred). Use the studio’s or bring your mat, blanket, pillow and an eye mask to get supremely comfortable.
Offered with love and intention for guided healing and relaxation
Essential oils will be offered to deepen the experience
No yoga or meditation experience necessary! Limited to 20, register early!
