As Spring awakens the world around us, it reminds us that every season holds the promise of new beginnings.Join us for Blossom & Bloom, a soulful experience inspired by the renewal of Spring. We'll begin with a gentle heart-opening yoga flow to awaken the body and welcome fresh energy.

From there, you'll be guided through a floral intention ritual where you'll create a personal bloom bundle infused with a handwritten intention for the season ahead.We'll close our gathering with a serene sound bath, allowing the soothing vibrations to ground your intentions. Leave with flowers in hand, a renewed heart and a beautiful reminder to bloom into your next chapter.
