SERENITY SPROUTS: Yoga in The Park!

Join Fast and Female and Breagh from our Youth Advisory Council (YAC) for a morning of yoga, positive vibes, Fast and Female swag, and loads of fun brought to you by a Community Challenge ParticipACTION grant! Our "Serenity Sprouts" Yoga in the Park event aims to provide an inclusive and welcoming environment for girls from diverse backgrounds to meet new friends and try yoga. The event will be fully subsidized, with no cost to participants.

WHEN: Saturday, July 6th, 2024, from 10 am - 12 pm PST

WHERE: Pritchard Park: 1587 Pritchard Dr, West Kelowna, BC V4T 1X4

WHO: Girls ages 8-14

Cost: FREE

• Online registration closes July 4th at 11:59 PM

REGISTRATION INCLUDES:

• Fast and Female Swag on site
• Yoga class
• Light snacks

WHAT TO BRING:

• Yoga mat or towel to lay on
• Water Bottle
• Snacks (light snacks will be provided)
• Running/Athletic shoes
• Please wear activewear
